As much as I welcome the change in the weather, there’s just something about hot weather turning into thunderstorms that doesn’t agree with me.
I spent this morning wandering about in a groggy daze (probably not helped by slight dehydration) and am now sitting here with the feeling of static up my nose. Bah.
There was other stuff… but I don’t remember what it was.

Today I had delicious delicious roast dinner. And then… I had to nap for a bit. During which I dreamt about making chlorine gas in shot glasses. 😀

So I’m wondering why I can’t connect to my ftp server to upload stuff, and then I notice my background and mood theme aren’t working…
Turns out that there was a blackout at the data centre where some of the servers are and a generator then caught fire.
It seems that my web hosting has a very exciting time of things.

My eyes have felt swimmy since after lunch and I have no idea why. I don’t think it’s my glasses, because I’ve had them for a while and they’ve been fine. Hmm.
Yesterday, I went to Walsingham and then to Cromer to see the sea, the lifeboat, the pier and eat ice cream.
Mmm ice cream.
What else? I should make a list of stuff I should get round to doing.

So there’s this vineyard in South Africa called Stormhoek. And they have this thing called “100 Geek Dinners in 100 Days“.
So at some conference in London, the president of Stormhoek, the guy that does the cartoons for the labels and a non-drinker get chatting. Eventually the idea is formed to have one of these geek dinners, sponsored by this wine company, hosted by this non-drinker. And the dinner may well be for non-drinkers too.
Ehehehehehe.
