I don't get how my mum gets so stressed calling the insurance or the phone company or our ISP, she gets stressed enough to make ME tense!
On the other hand, I called our ISP yesterday, waited in a queue for like 20 minutes, dealt with problem and that was that. No stress.
Just starting to read the mountain of comics that arrived while I was away for my birthday weekend = Major Win.
