Excellent. After emailing @HertsmereBC on 09/03/12 about our broken black bin, receiving no response, emailing again on 19/04/12 and… ->
…receiving no response from @HertsmereBC, the lid of the bin has probably now fallen into the waste truck. Which is great. ->
Contacting @HertsmereBC by phone reveals that someone started to take action on my email on Friday. Yes. TWO MONTHS after I emailed ->
And it seems unlikely @HertsmereBC will do anything about it in the next 2 weeks. Highly doubt that I'll see any results till oh. August? ->
This is better than the time @HertsmereBC and @WatfordCouncil couldn't figure out which of them should be taking our rubbish away. ->
